The kick-off of Pride Idol 2012 which took place at The Urban Onion on January 14^th was a success. Thirteen people competed for a spot in the final in June, but it was Daniel Bumbarger who captured the attention of the room when he sang a version of “Over the Rainbow” which won him an opportunity to compete at the Pride Idol Finale in June.

February 4th is the next date to participate in Pride Idol, which will take place at The Urban Onion starting at 9pm. We look forward to having an opportunity to raise awareness and build PRIDE in our Capital City as we move towards the festival and Parade this June.
