Saturday, June 9 & Sunday, June 10

At historic Sylvester Park in downtown Olympia.  This small-town Pride Festival features big city entertainment, activities for families with children, booths, a beer garden & much more! Stay for the weekend! The festival runs both Saturday and Sunday, and the parade takes place Sunday at noon. Crowds typically number from 7,000-10,000.

Booth Registration

The Capital City Pride 2012 Festival takes place in Sylvester Park on June 9th & 10th, 2012. The festival operates Saturday June 9th, 10am – 5pm. Sunday June 10th the festival operates from 10am to 5:00pm.

Setup/Check-in begins at 8am on Saturday June 9th. Begin by checking with the onsite staff to confirm details of your booth & location. There will be onsite and overnight security if you choose to leave your booth setup and intact. If you choose to tear down and remove your booth, setup on Sunday June 10th will begin at 8am.

Booth fees include use of a 10ft x 10ft space for both days of the festival. See below for additional fees associated with the use of tents/canopies, or water/electricity. If a larger booth space is needed, please make a note under additional comments, and our booth coordinator will contact you regarding additional fees.

By using this form, and registering for the Capital City Pride 2012 Festival, you agree to the schedule and fees stated above. Payment can be made at the completion of this registration process, or by mailing a check or money order to:
